How are Agatha Solve, Agatha Triage, and Agatha Assist related?

Agatha Solve, Triage, and Assist are all ways that Agatha can help supercharge your customer support team. Each one supports your customer and your customer support team at strategic points in the customer experience. Solve removes redundant work from your team by accurately automating responses for customers. Triage then takes unsolved tickets and automatically routes them to the best place for resolution. Do I need any prior knowledge or skills?

You do not need prior knowledge in machine learning, AI, NLP, or even a Ph.D. in zoology to get going with the power of Agatha.

Is there a free trial?

Because of the machine learning technique we implement, we do our very best to make sure Agatha provides what you need from the start when she first starts learning your business, although we are happy to set up thresholds for her to hit as you get going with our platform.

How secure will my data be with Forethought?

We hold a high level of commitment to data privacy, and we firmly adhere to local data protection regulations like the GDPR and CCPA. In March 2020, we completed our SOC 2 Type II certification - which certifies that a company has demonstrated adherence to appropriate controls for security over an extended period of time.

Regarding internal security, your data is encrypted at rest and protected by TLS in transit, and our projects go through thorough security tests using trusted security vendors. We hold all our employees to the high standard of security at Forethought - all employees must complete security and privacy training.
